How does our name badge ordering system work?

If you have ordered from us in the past, simply log in using the email and password used when setting up the account. Your past orders have been kept on file and ready for reordering, all you will need are the new names for your badges. If you are changing your name badge type, you will need to start designing anew!

What do you need for designing the perfect name badge?

If you will be adding a logo to your badge(s), you will need a quality logo image as well as the name or names of those who will be wearing the name badge or badges. If there is a title or position to add, there is room for that, too! If you don’t have or don’t want to use a logo, that’s fine, too, you can design your name badges without one. You will be able to choose from many name badge options, including corner shape, background color, font type, fastener and more!

What about customers who want to provide their own art?

We are happy to accept your finished and print ready art for printing your name tags. Please review the printing and technical guidelines for each badge size, here.

What logo file formats do I need?

Logo file formats accepted are .jpg or .png only. 300 dpi minimum is required for quality printing or engraving of name badges.

What if my logo and/or art files are not the right quality?

The Classic Identity team will let you know if your art files are not ideal for making the perfect name badge. We cannot design your logo for you, but we recommend you use your own graphic person to help you create a quality image file using the specifications listed above.

How will I know what my name badge will look like?

Before you finalize your order, you will be able to preview your name badge or badges using an art proof provided by our team. You can either approve the proof and finish ordering for next business day delivery, or you can start over again to make sure your name badge order is exactly what you need.

How long will it take to receive my name badge order?

Our goal at Classic Identity, is to have your name badge order produced and shipped by the next business day after your order has been finalized, and your art proof approved. Orders placed at the end of a business day, may take an additional business day to ship.
