Classic Identity is dedicated to your complete satisfaction with our products. If your name badges arrive damaged or broken, or they show any manufacturing defects, we will replace your items at no charge. Please check your shipment upon arrival and notify us within 48 hours of any issues.
- Engraved/personalized products, as well as custom made products are not resalable and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damage or defect meets the above criteria.
- Reserve ID program orders are special manufacturing runs and cannot be returned for credit unless damage or defect meets the above criteria.
- We do not refund shipping costs or pay for return shipping costs.
- Orders, once a proof has been accepted and approved, cannot be canceled.
- To request a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the defect or damage.

Our goal is to ship your name badges the next business day after your order has been placed. Orders placed at the end of a business day may take an additional day to ship. Please also note that the shipping rates for our name badges are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Order Refusals & Cancellations: Classic Identity, in our sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse fulfillment and/or cancellation of your order in circumstances we deem appropriate. This may occur, for example, when the product request is fraudulent, illegal, offensive, obscene, or contrary to the business interests of Classic Identity.
