Returns Policy
Classic Identity is dedicated to your complete satisfaction with our products. If your products arrive damaged or broken, or they show any manufacturing defects, we will replace your items at no charge. Please check your shipment upon arrival and notify us within 48 hours of any issues.
- Engraved/personalized products, as well as custom made products are not resalable and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damage or defect meets the above criteria.
- Company store program orders are special manufacturing runs and cannot be returned for credit unless damage or defect meets the above criteria.
- We do not refund shipping costs or pay for return shipping costs.
- Orders, once a proof has been accepted and approved, cannot be canceled.
- To request a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the defect or damage.

Shipping
Our goal is to ship your name badges 3-5 days after your order has been placed. Other products will ship 5-8 days after order placement. Orders placed at the end of a business day may take an additional day to ship.
Standard Shipping Rates
We offer current flat rate shipping for all orders. If you would like to upgrade to expedited shipping, please email us at customercare@classicidentity.com or call us at 877-565-1550. Our customer care team will assist you with the upgrade process and provide you with the necessary details.
Other Terms
Order Refusals & Cancellations: Classic Identity, in our sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse fulfillment and/or cancellation of your order in circumstances we deem appropriate. This may occur, for example, when the product request is fraudulent, illegal, offensive, obscene, or contrary to the business interests of Classic Identity.
